Switching to our phone service
It's easy for you to switch your phone service to us from another provider.
You can even keep your existing number and calling features.
How to switch
To switch your phone service to us, go to our 'Phone packages' page (you'll find a link below).
Then, enter your postcode and phone number and select 'Get a quote' to see what we can offer you.
You can then choose the package that suits you.
Just so you know, you'll need to have an active BT phone line to switch to our phone service.
How long it takes
It takes around three weeks to switch from your current phone provider to us.
Once you've signed up, we'll take care of everything. We'll also confirm your start date with us.
Keeping your existing broadband
You can still keep your broadband with another provider when you switch your phone service to us.
They'll continue to bill you for any broadband or internet services you have with them.
