We could help you lower your energy bills with discounts on installations. This will make your home more energy efficient.

We're already helping thousands of vulnerable people on low incomes. We do this by offering discounts on loft installation, cavity wall insulation and new A-rated condensing gas boilers.

We're available Monday to Friday 8.30am to 6pm and Saturdays 9am to 1pm (except bank holidays).

How it works

Applying for your energy-efficient installation can be a bit daunting if you don't know what to expect.

Here's a quick rundown of how the process works. We'll be there every step of the way to make sure things run smoothly.

Step one: Home assessment

Once we've identified that you qualify for help, our approved partner will carry out your Home Energy Assessment.

They might recommend an energy-saving improvement. If so, they'll also do a technical survey and put together details of the job.

Step two: Funding

Our approved partner will let you know if they recommend any improvements to your home.

You'll need to provide some documentation so they can let you know what help is available and how much you'll need to pay if you want to go ahead.

Don't worry if you change your mind about going ahead with the work at this stage – you won't need to pay for any assessments we've already done.

Step three: Installation

If you decide to go ahead, our approved and qualified partner will carry out the work for you.
