Paperless billing


Did you know you can get a discount of up to £12 a year off your energy bill when you sign up to paperless billing?

When you go paperless, you'll not only save money, but you'll get less post through your door, less clutter in your home and less paper that you need to recycle. So it's great for the environment, too.

And by using your online account, it's easier for you to access your bills so they're ready for you when you need them.

How to go paperless

If you currently get your bills every six months, when you switch to paperless you'll get them quarterly (every three months) instead.

If you're happy with that, and you've got an online account, then you're ready to go paperless. Just log in, select any of your accounts and choose the 'statement type' option. You can then choose 'paperless' and repeat this for each of your accounts.

Once you've chosen paperless billing, we'll take £6 (including VAT) off the standing charge for each fuel we supply. We'll spread this over the whole year.

If you don't have an online account yet

Don't worry if you don't have an online account. You can register for one using the link below.

You'll need to tell us your name, telephone number, email address and your 10-digit customer account number. You'll then need to attach your energy accounts to your online profile so you can take full advantage of our online services.

If you're unsure how to attach an account or how to add or change a tariff, just log in to your account. Next to 'Your account summary', there are handy buttons that let you do both.

Tariffs not covered by the paperless discount

Sorry, we don't offer the discount on these tariffs: energyplus Care, Woolwich Domestic Heat, EDN and EBICO.

It's also not available to Pay As You Go meter customers.
