How to use our website

If you have a visual, hearing, motor or cognitive impairment, we'd like to make our websites as accessible and easy-to-use as possible for you.

We aim to keep improving our site and make it easy for you to navigate and understand it.

This is an extended version of Hypertext Markup Language (HTML). It's recommended for accessibility by W3C.


You'll need to make sure you've enabled CSS in your browser to view our site.


We've used JavaScript for some features on our website. You'll probably find that JavaScript is already switched on in your browser. If it's not, we've set up a 'no-JavaScript' version of the site so you can still access content.

Alternatively, you can switch JavaScript on in your browser settings.

PDF files

You'll need to have Adobe Acrobat Reader installed to view PDF files. You can download it from the Adobe website and you'll find a link at the bottom of the page.

You can change the size of the text on our website by selecting 'View' then 'Zoom' from the main menu in your browser.

Alternatively, hold down the CTRL key and use the mouse wheel or '+' and '-' keys.
