It’s easy to pay your bills online using your debit or credit card through our secure online payment service. And if you pay in full by the time shown on your quarterly bill, we'll give you an extra 2.5% discount off your next bill.

All you need to do is log in to your online account. There’s no limit to how many payments you make online, so you can give a meter reading and make payments as often as you like to help keep your account on track. You'll need to pay each outstanding amount separately, but you'll be given the option to make another payment at the end of each payment that you make. If you pay using a credit card, you'll be charged a 1.5% handling fee for each transaction you make.

If you register for paperless billing, we’ll send you an email reminder when your bill is ready. Not only will you get 1% off your energy^*, you'll also be able to access and update your accounts any time, anywhere.
